What You’ll Do :

• Own safety and environmental performance—lead from the front, not the sidelines.
• Guide and coach operations teams to build a culture of quality and accountability.
• Improve and troubleshoot critical processes—from startup support to long-term optimization.
• Tackle day-to-day technical issues while pushing long-term process improvements.
• Use SPC, DOE, and data analytics to solve production challenges and drive efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to reduce costs, improve quality, and mitigate operational risk.
• Step into supervisory duties when needed to keep production on track.
