$24$28 / hr + $250 Sign-On Bonus (after 90 days)

Full-Time | 7 : 30 AM5 : 30 PM (seasonal flexibility)

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Hardscape Foreman to lead and manage outdoor installation projects including patios, retaining walls, grading, and outdoor kitchens. Youll oversee crews, ensure precision, and operate equipment to bring high-quality outdoor spaces to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a hardscape crew on-site
  • Install patios, retaining walls, grading, and outdoor kitchens
  • Operate skid steers and other heavy equipment safely
  • Interpret project plans and ensure accuracy
  • Enforce safety protocols and job site organization
  • Communicate effectively with clients and crew
  • Assist with seasonal cleanups and snow removal when needed

    • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hardscape construction + leadership
  • Strong knowledge of pavers, grading, and block wall systems
  • Proficient in skid steer / heavy equipment operation
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
