• Job Title : Staff Physical Therapist
• Location : St. John's Lutheran Community
• Position type : Full-time, benefited,1.0 FTE
• Hours / Schedule : This position will generally be scheduled for 40 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
• Settings : This position will primarily treat patients in SNF / LTC, and ALF / IFL.

Requirements

Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapist program. They must have, or be eligible for, PT licensing in Minnesota.
