Bilingual Spanish Office Administrator

Location : Bedford Park, IL

Schedule : Mon-Thursday - 6 AM - 3 PM, Friday - 6 AM - 12 PM

Pay rate : $18-$19 / hr

Duties :

  • Provide general office support, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Assist the Accounts Payable team with invoice processing, expense tracking, and vendor communication.
  • Process employee timecards and maintain accurate payroll records.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, benefits administration, and recordkeeping.
  • Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and manage general reception duties.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, ensuring excellent service.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently into various systems or databases.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or coursework in office administration preferred.
  • Prior experience in office administration, accounts payable, or HR support is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor, with strong customer service skills.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
