Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking a Senior Living Sales Specialist to join our team at Hillcrest Grand Lodge in Papillion, NE.

The Senior Living Sales Specialist works collaboratively with the sales team to generate move-ins / meet occupancy while following the sales process with the prospective residents and / or their families. The responsibilities of this job include professionally representing Hillcrest Health & Living to build community awareness and referral sources.

Pay : $45,000-$55,000 per year (hourly equivalents). Based upon experience and education.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Serves as director of first impressions by greeting residents and prospective residents courteously, offering direction and / or notifying appropriate team members.
  • Coordinates the timely review and approval of required paperwork, scheduling closing appointments to complete admission documents and completing all pertinent admissions documents prior to resident move-in.
  • Will ensure apartment readiness, gather keys and coordinate move-in with resident and related team members.
  • Maintains communication with campus team members to inform of potential and scheduled move-ins, upcoming events, meetings, room reservations, etc.
  • Is available for walk-in inquiries and tours. Responsible for assisting in organizing and hosting events for prospective residents.
  • What do I need to be considered?

  • STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in building and managing relationships in sales, public relations or related industry.
  • Experience in senior living is a plus!
