As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you'll be part of the team that keeps our operation running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring accuracy, organization, and integrity in every transaction.

What You'll Do :

• Review, obtain, and validate invoices with proper authorization and general ledger accounts.
• Establish and maintain vendor profiles, ensuring that information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Prepare invoices for payment and process daily checks in accordance with established procedures.
• Issue, cancel, and refund checks as needed.
• Maintain vendor files, computer records, and balance the operating account.
• Assist with month-end duties and other accounting projects as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and team members, answering questions and resolving issues.
• Uphold confidentiality of sensitive financial, policy, and guest information.
• Support company events, promotions, and internal controls through accuracy and compliance.
