A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Jr.
Key Responsibilities
Support Talent Acquisition processes by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and teams
Initiate and manage the hiring process, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and timely
Conduct new hire orientations and coordinate necessary pre-employment tests and background checks
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED; Associate's degree in a related area preferred
Three years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related field
Proficiency in recruiting technologies (ATS) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to create a welcoming environment for candidates
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
