Location : Base Area & Mountain Area Facilities

Classification : Full-Time / Year-Round / Hourly

Solitude is looking for a self-motivated, hardworking individual who loves the mountain scene. The Facilities and Events Attendant is responsible for the day-to-day operations and upkeep of the mountain facilities as well as the set up and tear down of all public and private events. The ideal candidate will enjoy caretaking our facilities, have excellent attention to detail and time management skills. Specific Job Requirements :

• Sufficient communication skills to answer guest questions
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ideal team members should excel at time management and attention to detail
• Desire and ability to work in varying weather conditions for extended periods of time including hot / cold temperatures, inclement weather, and moving between indoor and outdoor environments
• Capable of stepping, climbing, kneeling, squatting, and reaching above shoulders as needed.
• Should be capable of lifting 50lbs.
• Must be able to meet and / or exceed satisfactory performance levels in all duties as assigned
• Maintain a clean driving record and valid drivers license
• Have reliable transportation to get to work, Big Cottonwood Park & Ride or participate in a resort sponsored carpooling / public transportation program.
• Members of this team will require beginner ski / ride ability to commute to on-mountain locations.
