Opportunity :

Board Certification Eligible - Hematology / Oncology

Job Details :

• Outpatient clinic schedule Monday to Friday, 36 hours of patient care / ambulatory clinic coverage per week
• Flexible scheduling available between 8 : 00 AM and 5 : 30 PM
• Hospital call coverage rotation every 4th or 5th week (one full week at a time)
• Expected hospital visits on weekdays (M-F) for new consults, and Saturday / Sunday for rounding only
• Primary focus on outpatient care with on-call provider handling new hospital consults
• Nurse Practitioners round on existing patients
• Patient mix : 70% Oncology, 30% Hematology (primarily benign cases)
• Average 15-18 patient encounters per shift
• Board certification eligible (minimum requirement)
• BLS certification required
• Must be licensed in Indiana or have IMLC
• Estimated credentialing timeframe : 90 days
