Job Description :

A registered nurse is responsible for providing patient care in a variety of healthcare settings. They work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. The registered nurse is responsible for administering medications, performing diagnostic tests, and providing patient education. They must be able to communicate effectively with patients and their families, as well as with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities :

  • Assessing and monitoring patient health
  • Administering medications and treatments
  • Performing diagnostic tests
  • Developing and implementing patient care plans
  • Providing patient education
  • Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
  • Ensuring patient safety and comfort

Requirements :

  • Current RN license in the state of Florida
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
