Mortgage Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Mortgage Operations Manager II.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage a department or major unit, ensuring operational efficiency and targeted results

Plan, lead, and implement new methods and procedures for improved daily operations

Oversee training, development, and performance management of direct reports

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree or four to five years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree

Minimum four years of operations experience

Minimum four years of supervisory or management experience
