Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Job Opportunity : Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Join a well-established, hospital-employed group in a Level III trauma facility located in Coos Bay, Oregon. This facility is the largest hospital on the Southern Coast of Oregon, serving a catchment area of over 320,000. With a solid team of experienced physicians, you will practice independently in a collaborative environment that includes seven operating rooms and a variety of cases. Job Responsibilities :

• Practice independently according to expertise, Oregon State statutes / regulations, and health district policies.
• Administer anesthesia and anesthesia-related care in accordance with Medical Staff bylaws.
• Work collaboratively with a team of physicians and CRNAs.
• Handle a diverse range of cases, excluding head and heart surgeries, and only healthy pediatric patients.
• Perform various types of blocks as required.
• Share equitable on-call duties, with a post-call day off.
• Maintain clean malpractice history and provide NPDB self-query report.
• Residency in the immediate local area is required for this permanent position. Qualifications :
• Board Certified CRNA
• 1+ year of employment experience as a CRNA
• Ties to Oregon (e.g., family in the area or prior residency)
• Ability to communicate interest in full-time or part-time employment
• Clean malpractice history / background
• Copy of the NPDB self-query report License and Certification Requirements :
• Oregon license (or willingness to obtain)
