Opportunity for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)!

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule :

Pay Range : $90 - $110 / hour

Admin Time : $80 / hour

Shifts : Flexible, based on your availability

Location : North Carolina

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities :

Design and implement behavior analysis programs to support our customers' goals and objectives Conduct assessments and develop individualized plans to address behavioral challenges Provide training and support to our staff to ensure effective implementation of behavioral programs Collaborate with our management team to develop and evaluate program effectiveness Maintain accurate records and reports of program implementation and customer progress Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in behavior analysis

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Requirements :

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in behavior analysis

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
