Job Description / Preferred Qualifications

We are seeking a forward-thinking and experienced Director to lead our Identity and Access Management (IDAM) function. This role is critical to safeguarding our global digital ecosystem by ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant access to systems, data, and applications. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, deep technical expertise, and a passion for building scalable identity solutions that support business agility and security.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute a comprehensive IDAM strategy aligned with enterprise security, compliance, and operational goals

Lead and mentor a team of IDAM professionals and engineers responsible for access provisioning, identity lifecycle management, and authentication services

Oversee the implementation and optimization of key technologies including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM)

Collaborate with IT, HR, Legal, and business units to ensure identity policies and controls meet regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR, NIST CSF)

Drive automation and process improvements to enhance user experience and operational efficiency

Establish and enforce governance frameworks, policies, and procedures for identity and access management

Monitor and respond to emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and compliance risks within the IDAM landscape

Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on identity-related risks, trends, and investments

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (Master's preferred).

12+ years of dynamic experience in identity and access management with large multinational organization (>

15K employee base is preferred).

Confirmed experience implementing and leading enterprise IAM platforms and tools.

Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR, NIST).

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and handle complex projects.

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.

Experience with the following products, services and tools : Ping, SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta , Seclore, PKI, Cloud security,

Vendor-specific certifications (e.g., Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk) are a plus.

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Level Degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience OR

Bachelor's Level Degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience

Base Pay Range : $171,600.00 - $300,300.00 Annually

Primary Location : USA-CA-Milpitas-KLA
