Networks Connect is looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant for our client, a well-established company providing mechanical solutions to HVAC, plumbing, industrial, and fire protection markets. In this role, you will be vital supporting to their inside and outside sales departments. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative or customer service experience who’s ready to take the next step in a professional, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and edit sales quotations, proposals, and project submittals
- Manage pre- and post-bid project paperwork , ensuring deadlines are met
- Maintain accurate digital and paper records
- Utilize ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools to track and update information
- Support communication between sales, vendors, and customers
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and other administrative duties as needed
- Participate in training and educational sessions to build product and industry knowledge
