House Manager-Community Integrated Living

You’ll supervise staff, ensure members’ health and safety, and bring energy and compassion to every home you oversee.  This is more than a job — it’s a chance to lead a team, make a real difference, and help individuals live their fullest lives.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead & Mentor – Hire, train, and supervise direct support staff to deliver high-quality care.
• Ensure Quality Living – Oversee daily operations, budgets, and household needs, ensuring homes are safe, clean, and welcoming.
• Support Health & Safety – Monitor medical needs, emergency preparedness, infection control, and medication administration.
• Be a Problem-Solver – Respond to emergencies, troubleshoot issues, and keep things running smoothly.
• Champion Community Inclusion – Plan and support activities that connect members to their community.
• Collaborate & Communicate – Work closely with families, staff, and community partners, while maintaining accurate documentation.
