job_description.job_card.job_descriptionConduct physical assessments and history-taking, both in-person and via telehealth or phone Perform age-appropriate screenings, addressing physiological, psychosocial, cultural, and emotional needs Insert / remove IUDs and Nexplanon, perform endometrial biopsies, manage pessaries, and educate on maintenance Participate in patient triage, including phone interactions, to help manage care flow Maintain records using EMR systems, support documentation in keeping with legal and organizational standards Respond effectively to emergencies, following practice protocols, documenting events, and escalating appropriately Provide patient education and advocacy across physical, cultural, spiritual, and emotional health needs Perform other duties, as needed Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New Jersey Minimum of 2 years of experience in an OBGYN / Women's Health Strong clinical decision-making skills and the ability to work independently during night shifts Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare team members
