We are accepting applications for an experienced Motorcoach Interior Technician to join our maintenance team and help us keep our fleet of motorcoach buses in top shape. This job requires a background in carpentry. You’ll be responsible for inspecting, repairing and restoring the interior of our units. This includes seats, upholstery, trim, doors, paneling, flooring and other built-in furniture or fixtures such as lights and TVs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Install / modify built-in furniture and storage.
  • Design & build custom cabinets, shelving, furniture to optimize space.
  • Creating & installing custom trim, molding etc.
  • Installing flooring, vanities, mirrors.
  • Inspects units for damage and assess repair needs.
  • Accurately measuring, cutting & shaping wood & other materials to design specifications.
  • Utilizing various carpentry tools & equipment safely & efficiently.
  • Installing upholstery materials for seats, wall coverings, and other interior components.
  • Collaborate with other technicians on repairs when needed.

    • Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of experience in carpentry or custom woodworking (Motorcoach or RV experience is preffered).
  • Proficient with power tools and woodworking equipment.
  • Accurate mathematical calculations and measurements.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs.
  • Reliable transportation to / from work.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Keen eye for detail and craftsmanship.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize projects.
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Commitment to producing high-quality work.
