Facility : MCHS Hospital-Marshfield

Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call

Outpatient and Inpatient

Rounding Patients : Assigned and Unassigned

Board Eligible or Certified

ACLS & BLS - REQUIRED

Allows bids from providers with IMLC

Will accept DDS or DMD, but provider must have or obtain a Wisconsin sedation permit

Rates :

$2400 24hr call with 8hrs Gratis

$250 Regular rate

$275 OT and Callback rate
