Overview Provide production support and enhancements for UI applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Monitor application logs and proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Backend, Product, and Operations) to investigate and resolve incidents.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
Use SQL queries to validate, troubleshoot, and investigate data-related issues.
Document incidents, resolutions, and best practices to improve knowledge sharing.
Participate in on-call support rotation as required.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding issue status, resolution progress, and preventive measures.
Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering / Technology (BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech) or Computer Applications (BCA / MCA).
3–5 years of experience in UI development and production support.
Basic knowledge of SQL (queries, data validation, troubleshooting).
Experience working in an AWS environment is a plus.
Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle production incidents effectively.
