N / A Requirements Minimum Board Certification : Board Eligible (within 3 years) or Board Certified License Requirement : Will consider candidates willing to obtain CA license The Following Certifications Are Required : ACLS, BLS Estimated Credentialing Timeframe : 90-120 days Fellowship : facility needs a provider that has a focus on female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction Skills Required General Urology (Adult) Laparoscopic surgeries Percutaneous nephrolithotomy Ureteroscopy Radical prostatectomy Nephrectomy Prostatectomy Pelvic node dissection Adrenalectomy Renal and bladder ultrasound with biopsy TRUS biopsies Incontinence procedures Penile prosthesis Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) Additional Information No hospital privileges required for submission, but privileges are needed for call and procedures Support Staff : 2 RNs, 8 MAs, 1 PA / NP, 1 Office Staff No supervision of APPs or residents required Insurance provided by vendor Travel and lodging details not specified - confirm with facility This is an ongoing locum need with the potential for long-term or permanent placement.
