Our services include floor care, carpet cleaning, glass cleaning, pressure washing, junior engineering, and other building maintenance services. We are seeking a dedicated Multi-Location Cleaner to join our team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness across various locations, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and possess a positive, team-player attitude.

How You Can Help Us Grow :

Interior Day Porter Duties :

Common Areas : Maintain building entrance, lobby, hallways, and elevator cabs.

Spot clean glass surfaces to remove fingerprints and smudges.

• Remove trash and debris.
• Spot vacuum and mop as needed.
• Check and clean interior cab paneling.
• Exterior (if applicable) :

Empty trash receptacles and police building exterior for debris.

Exterior Day Porter Duties :

Common Areas : Maintain parking lots, sidewalks, smoking areas, and dumpster enclosures.

Spot clean glass surfaces.

Spot clean surfaces including toilets, urinals, counters, sinks, stall partitions, dispenser exteriors, and mirrors.

Miscellaneous Duties :

Inform Supervisor of any plumbing, mechanical, or electrical malfunctions.
