ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable team player to join our operations team as an Invoicing Clerk. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our customers receive the right products on time, every time. You'll be responsible for verifying picked orders, preparing accurate invoices, and supporting smooth domestic and international shipments.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Verify picked orders by weighing or counting products against pick tickets
  • Accurately process shipments using UPS, FedEx, and prepare paperwork for international orders

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Education / Experience : AAS degree in Accounting or Business, or High School Diploma with 5+ years of invoicing experience
  • Strong computer skills and comfort working with databases / software
  • Solid math skills (including weights, measures, and currency)
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed written and verbal instructions
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and reliability
