Job Details

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Maintain and service wet handling and coating line systems, including pumps, dryers, tanks, and fluid delivery components.

Work safely with 480V three-phase power systems, motors, and variable frequency drives (VFDs).

Diagnose issues using schematics, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic tools.

Partner with operators and engineers to identify root causes and implement long-term equipment improvements.

Record maintenance activities accurately in the CMMS and follow all safety and GMP standards.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Experience with wet handling, coating, or process line equipment preferred.

Proficient with 480V systems, PLCs (Allen Bradley), sensors, and VFDs.

Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.

High school diploma or GED required; technical training or associate degree preferred.
