A company is looking for an RN Manager to lead and manage a team of nurses in a remote clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and ensure delivery of safe, compliant, and compassionate care

Drive performance management for the nursing team and facilitate communication between clinical staff and organizational leadership

Shape and refine clinical workflows while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and team trust

Required Qualifications

5+ years of clinical experience as an RN with 1+ years in reproductive or sexual health (BSN required)

2+ years of experience managing clinical teams, preferably in telehealth or reproductive healthcare

Proven ability to motivate and mentor clinical staff while maintaining team morale and accountability

Experience in documenting protocols and training teams through changes in clinical or operational systems

Knowledge of healthcare compliance, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance frameworks
