Summary of Position :

The Behavioral Health Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, staff supervision, and clinical quality of behavioral health at the Kewa Family Wellness Center (KFWC) This position supports the Director and collaborates with other program managers in enhancing service delivery across all other KFWC programs. The Manager ensures culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and evidence-based practices are provided to individuals and families experiencing substance use, mental health, and social challenges. The role includes supervising staff, managing budgets, ensuring program compliance, maintaining accurate documentation, and building collaborative partnerships across tribal, local, and state systems.
