We are recruiting for a motivated FITNESS & NUTRITION ADVISOR to join our amazing tribe!
Role Overview
- Provide safe, comprehensive, empowering, and professional Nutrition and Fitness Coaching.
- Coordinate patients plan of care with our providers as necessary to assist in achieving patient's health goals.
- Engage patients in Peak Medical Clinic's services, nutrition programs, and supplements, ensuring they stay motivated to attain their personal health and fitness goals.
- Lead nutrition consultations and coaching sessions.
- Facilitate seminars & group nutrition / fitness events for patients.
- Develop and maintain a client base.
- Execute all duties and responsibilities within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Electronic Practice Management (EPM) systems in accordance with standardized protocols.
- Deliver patient education, accompany patients to the front office for scheduling.
- Handle callbacks and respond to patient portal tasks and inquiries promptly.
- Attend and complete department and clinical meetings and trainings as scheduled.
- Adhere to and enforce all HIPAA and OSHA compliance laws and regulations.
- Adhere to OnePeak Medical's policies and procedures, as outlined in the Employee Handbook and Policies.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required in support of OnePeak Medical.
- Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to meet business needs, potentially traveling to other clinics.

High school diploma or equivalent - Required.At least 1 year of job-related experience in nutrition and / or fitness advising – Required.Current BLS and / or CPR / AED Certification – Required.3 years of on-the-job experience in a related role, including coaching or education in group and 1 : 1 setting - Strongly preferred.Accredited bachelor's degree in dietetics or a similar major – Strongly preferred.A master's degree is required for licensing as a nutritionist – Preferred.Physical Requirements
