A company is looking for a Manager, Digital Programs Customer Success to lead the design and execution of scalable digital programs for customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of digital customer success specialists, establishing priorities and success metrics
Own and design scalable programs across the customer lifecycle, overseeing multi-channel campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent customer experiences and translate feedback into actionable insights
Required Qualifications
6+ years in Digital and Scaled Programs, Program Management, or Customer Success, including 2+ years in a leadership role
Experience in B2B SaaS or content / platform companies with complex product portfolios
Proven success in building scalable, digital-first programs across multiple channels
Strong analytical skills and experience with customer success platforms and marketing automation tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or Communications is preferred
