General Labor

Shift : Monday–Thursday, 6 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM (Fridays as needed)

Location : Youngstown, OH

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to learn and grow.

Pay Rate :

$18.00–$20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities :

Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs

Read tape measures and blueprints accurately

Assist with operation of Brake Press

Operate Saw Cutter and Iron Worker equipment

Help in Shipping & Receiving (picking, packing, strapping)

Operate forklifts safely

Perform general labor tasks as assigned

Welding experience is a plus

Requirements :

Must pass a background check and drug screening

Must have reliable transportation

Physically able to perform manual labor and stand for extended periods

Preferred Skills :

Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings

Forklift certification (or willing to obtain)

Basic mechanical aptitude
