Claremore Manufacturing Company seeking Design Drafter / Designer
Job Summary :
The Design Drafter / Designer is responsible for preparing detailed structural drawings, including dimensions, fastening methods, and other engineering information. This role involves turning sketches and notes into precise, detailed plans using computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) programs, providing accurate visual guidelines to support engineering and production needs.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Utilize computer-aided drafting software to create new and revise existing drawings and designs in accordance with engineering specifications and production requirements.
- Apply mathematical formulas to calculate dimensions, weights, capacities, and quantities.
- Ensure project folders and documentation are complete, current, and accurately filed.
- Follow established drafting and documentation procedures.
- Check and issue production drawings and job packets to document control.
- Generate and issue CNC data to production.
Qualifications :
Schedule – Day Shift 8am-5pm Mon-Fri
Pay DOE $28+ / hr
