SUMMARY OF POSITION :

Responsible to manage and administer the Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) Program and maintain compliance with national education standards for the CPE programs. Recruit and hire student / intern and Residents for admission to Penn State Hershey CPE programs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S) :

• Masters degree of Divinity or equivalent required.
• Three (3) years of clinical experience as a chaplain as well as previous administrative experience required.
• Completion of an accredited Supervisory CPE Program required.
• Must be A Board Certified Chaplain or in process of becoming Board Certified.
