The Position
The Senior Director, Learning and Development, plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the learning strategy, driving innovation in learning experiences, and ensuring alignment with Children's business and talent priorities. Reporting to the Vice President, Learning and Talent Management, this leader will oversee a team of six direct reports. The Senior Director will be tasked with assessing the department, identifying what is working well and what is not. They will develop and present proposals for recommended changes, partner with leadership on revising competencies, and assist in the development of the Talent Strategy plan.

Requirements
- Master's degree required.
- Certification in learning and / or talent development is strongly preferred.
- A minimum of 1520 years of experience in learning and development, including at least seven years in a leadership role, is required.
