Key Responsibilities :
Respond to client e-mail support tickets, addressing various concerns
Utilize online systems and support tools to resolve tickets efficiently
Prioritize and manage tickets based on urgency and severity
Required Qualifications :
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Reliable internet connection with minimum speed of 20Mbps Down / 10Mbps Up
Dedicated private work location free from significant disruptions
Basic proficiency in personal computer use and Microsoft Office suite
