Responsibilities :
Schedule client meetings
Confirm meeting by text and email
Manage calendars for advisors
Assist in client data meeting prep
Distribute mail and scan checks
Answer and direct incoming calls
Assist in proofing and sending letters
Copying, scanning, and electronic filing
Planning client events
Following up with prospects from each event
Posting on Facebook and LinkedIn
Qualifications :
Pleasant, professional and friendly with excellent interpersonal skills
Sense of humor and ability to have fun is a must
Highly organized, accurate and attention to detail
Analytical in independent problem-solving skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience in Salesforce is a bonus
Excellent written and verbal skills
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities
Strong personal and business ethic and integrity is a must
Desire to grow and learn within the practice
