We're a small, collaborative Omaha law firm (4 attorneys) looking to add an experienced
- Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney
- to our team.
- What you'll do :
- Defend workers' compensation cases in Nebraska and Iowa
- Draft pleadings, conduct discovery, and collect medical records
- Take depositions and represent clients at hearings and trials
- What we're looking for :
- Licensed in Nebraska (Iowa license a plus, or willingness to obtain)
- 2+ years of litigation or workers' comp experience
- Strong writing, advocacy, and communication skills
