A strong portfolio that showcases high-converting designs (especially ads). Familiarity with the info-product or biz-opp industry is a plus. Performance-Based Bonus – Earn 20-40% more based on your salary Remote Work Minus The Grind : No graveyard shifts, no endless grind. Just make sure you have at least 3 hours of EST overlap (evenings in Asia).
