Nurse Practitioner - Allergy

About the Role

We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner with a focus in Allergy & Immunology to join our growing team in the Bronx. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity offering both full-time and part-time schedules, designed for providers who are passionate about improving patients’ lives while working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment .

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive allergy assessments , including patient history and physical exams.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic allergic conditions (rhinitis, asthma, urticaria, anaphylaxis, etc.).
• Order and interpret allergy testing (skin, blood, spirometry, etc.).
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans , including allergen immunotherapy.
• Educate and counsel patients / families on allergen avoidance, medications, and lifestyle management.
• Collaborate with primary care and specialty providers for continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and adhere to infection control and safety protocols .
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development .
