Sunday 8 am - 5 pm

    • Additional Details : Daily Patient Volume : 30-40+ / - (COVID has caused volume increase. With FLU season upon us, may be more. Will add a second provider as necessary

    List any special certifications or requirements (including special procedures) needed to perform in this position : Typical UC setting. Must be able to close lacerations, I&D, read X-ray and EKG, Work Comp experience a plus as well as DOT cert.
