Director –Supply Chain Systems and Operations Management

Position Overview :

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Supply Chain Systems & Operations Management to lead the business requirements development, integration, and optimization of supply chain systems and associated processes for our global data center portfolio (from site development, construction, turnover, and full operations). This role will work with Fleet's to-be identified Chief Information Officer to define business requirements and processes required for supply chain technology platforms, end-to-end procurement operations, vendor performance management, and cross-functional process alignment to support rapid data center deployment and expansion. In addition, this role will collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Design, Construction, and Engineering, etc., to define business requirements and data flow from capacity need through procure-to-pay milestones. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in supply chain business processes and transformation, supply chain systems, and continuous improvements within data center or mission-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Supply Chain Systems Management

• Own the strategy, business requirements, and optimization for the successful implementation, and continuous improvement of supply chain systems (ERP, Design, Construction, and Operations, from all aspects of vendor requirements (Procure-to-Pay), materials management / inventory, reverse logistics, and key (master) data elements to support analytics platforms).
• Lead the strategy for system integration efforts across procurement, construction, finance, and operations functions to ensure supply chain systems are optimized for data visibility, automation, and scalability.
• Partner with the future CIO organization and the centralized IT organization including business teams to identify and streamline workflow enhancements to enable reporting, dashboards, and decision-support tools.

Expected Salary Range $180,000 - $225,000 + Bonus
