We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Bilingual Technical BD & Sales Professional to join our team!

Requirements

Set by division goals, the Technical BD & Sales Professional implements short- and long-range plans including objectives and strategies for the organization to maximize market potential and sales volume at both existing and new accounts.

• Identify potential new customers within the defined OEM market segment and region, qualify and develop them as necessary to achieve new business sales in line with company strategy.
• Pro-actively engage with existing customers within the defined OEM market segments and region in all activities both current and potential, with a view to maximize Sales and organic Sales growth
• Be the "Face of the company"; lead new development projects by pro-active contact with the prospect or customer, and VPG R&D, Engineering, QA and other associated parties to ensure timely and successful completion of the project. Manage development projects from conception to completion.
• Negotiate contracts, meet with purchasing, procurement and other key decision makers in order to establish firm and profitable customer relationships.
• Analyze and report key sales and project management data and forecast future expectations for the region.
