Your Opportunity as the Lead Developer IS Sales Marketing & Enterprise Analytics – Sales / Trade Team
The Lead Developer on the IS Sales Marketing & Enterprise Analytics – Sales / Trade Team actively participates in the planning, design, development, and support activities related to systems and integrations. This technical, hands-on position provides thought leadership on potential techniques for solutioning, serves as a mentor to other developers, and collaborates across IS to deliver quality deliverables. This role will be focused primarily on developing and supporting scalable solutions (both new and existing) to integrate a variety of on-premise applications and cloud solutions.
Location : Orrville, OH (Close proximity to Cleveland / Akron)
Work Arrangements : Hybrid work schedule ~25% in office presence
In this role, you will :
- Application Delivery :
- Serve as Technical Lead on small to medium-size projects, which includes creating a Solution Development Plan, as well as managing and holding other developers accountable for the technical delivery
- Be an individual contributor for development tasks on large projects
- Publish technical specifications and support documentation
- Follow documented standards for development, code promotion, and change management practices
- Provide guidance to business partners on favorable technologies and platforms during new application selection
- Learn and apply new technology
Application Support :
Transactional applications and integrations (in & out) in scope to support : CAS, TPM, Forge, TPM, Salesforce CRM, and several custom solutionsDevelop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support new or revised business processesSuggest and implement support process improvements to reduce ongoing support demand and take a more proactive approachSupport applications that require SOX compliance and are examined annually by internal and external auditThe Right Place for You

What we are looking for :
Minimum Requirements :5+ years of work experience as a developerProven leadership in mentoring other developers in concepts and best practicesEffective communication and collaboration skills - willing to constructively challenge and actively listenPrior experience with batch and real-time integration fundamentals and proceduresStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large datasetsProblem-solving or troubleshooting skills with the ability to adapt to changing requirementsAdditional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role (not required) :
