Role Overview
As the Restoration Production Manager , you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews. Your responsibilities include managing mitigation crews responding to water, fire, mold, and biohazard losses for residential and commercial clients, leading your team to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accurate scope of work and prepare estimates using computer hardware and proprietary softwareNegotiate project scope and estimates with customers and clientsSchedule, coordinate, and oversee crews and resources, including subcontractorsReview job site documentation to support services and billingMaintain communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representativesManage production expenses, including equipment and vehicle costsAdditional Responsibilities
Manage customer experience and satisfaction, including online reviewsRespond promptly to potential customersParticipate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration team membersPosition Requirements
Valid driver's license (required)High school diploma / GED; higher education preferredAt least 1 year of management or supervisory experienceIICRC certification (required)Minimum of 2 years experience in the restoration industryXactimate estimating experience (preferred)Skills and Physical Demands
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at heights, and in tight spacesRepetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carryingWork with cleaning agentsSuccessful background checkPay is based on experience.
