Workers Compensation Claims Representative

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Representative with MD, VA & DC jurisdictional knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and process claims to achieve timely resolutions through investigation and information gathering

Negotiate settlements of claims within designated authority

Communicate claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients

Qualifications

2 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience required

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred

Knowledge of MD, VA & DC jurisdiction required

Licensing is not required
