Our newest brand is Droplocker and it is changing the face of personal storage in the US. Droplocker is a guest-first smart-locker service for secure bag and item storage anywhere a guest may need to store their stuff - think venues like stadiums, arenas, concerts and festivals, skating rinks, amusement parks, transit stations, and more. The mobile app pairs with lockers to let guests drop, store, and retrieve items 24 / 7. Venues use Droplocker to enforce bag policies, unlock new revenue through bag rentals and advertising wraps on the lockers, and upgrade the guest experience.
Who You Are
We’re seeking an Account Executive to join the growing Droplocker team. You are :
Comfortable working autonomously on regular and consistent sales tasks
Confident in all methods of communication across multiple channels to most effectively reach your market and achieve your objectives with any contact.
What You’ll Do
Consistent pipeline building and lead generation, including updating and maintaining Droplocker key account lists
Become an expert in selling personal bag storage products
Proactively identify upsell opportunities with existing customers
Identify new market and industry opportunities
Full sales-cycle ownership : targeted prospecting, personalized outreach, demos, negotiations and contracts
Support Project Management and Account Management with customer onboarding and activation to ensure lockers are generating revenue once installed at a venue
Deliver success against clear KPIs - pipeline generation, meetings, close rate, etc.
Perform daily CRM maintenance on leads, properties, and opportunities, and notes to communicate with internal stakeholders
Provide regular feedback internally on customer journey, pain points, value provided by Droplocker

RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For
2-4 years of experience in inside sales roles with proven quota attainment
Experience selling into commercial facilities and selling to executive-level prospects
Successful track record launching and scaling new markets or products
Experience managing Hardware & SaaS sales cycles with Director, VP and Executive level stakeholders
Hardware & SaaS sales experience preferred
4-year degree or equivalent experience preferred
Location & Travel
Sacramento HQ Based
In-office required 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Optional remote work Monday & Friday
Occasional travel for conferences or client visits
