Job Description :
SUNY Schenectady County Community College seeks a full-time Clerical Aide for the Welcome Center in Student Affairs. This is a non-competitive civil service position. This is an office assistant position at a lower level than that of Clerk or Typist. Direct supervision is received from a higher level clerical position. Does related work as required.

Working knowledge of office terminology, procedures, and equipment; ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions; ability to write legibly; clerical aptitude.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS :
Employment is contingent upon citizenship verification and a criminal background check sufficient for issuance of Enhanced Driver's License (EDL's) or identification cards
