Entry-Level Attorney / Pre-Litigation Associate – Remote Contract-to-Hire – California

Responsibilities
- Represent employers in pre-litigation matters, focusing on negotiation and mediation.
- Communicate with opposing counsel to assess case status and negotiate settlements or mediations.
- Prepare legal documents, case briefs, and settlement proposals.
- Collaborate with the negotiation team to develop strategy and achieve best outcomes for clients.
