Senior Oil & Gas Paralegal

Overview

Am Law 100 firm seeks a senior Oil & Gas Paralegal to support the Fort Worth Office. This role involves extensive eDiscovery work and collaboration with attorneys and other paralegals. Salary : $81,000 - $135,000 per year. Hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive eDiscovery tasks, including data collection, processing, review, and production.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda on various oil and gas law topics.
• Manage and organize large volumes of complex documents and coordinate document productions.
• Assist with preparation for depositions, hearings, trials, and corporate meetings.
• Liaise with clients, counsel, and other parties on oil and gas matters.
• Assist in the management of oil and gas leases, contracts, and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
