A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to create and implement treatment plans for injured or disabled individuals
Assess the recovery of disabled persons and modify case goals based on their improvement and treatment effectiveness
Independently manage a caseload, prioritizing cases and completing administrative duties as needed
Required Qualifications
Education : Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
Experience : 2+ years of clinical practice preferred, with an emphasis on workers' compensation
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required, in good standing
URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS, CRC)
Reliable internet connection is necessary
