Job Description

Manage daily on-site operations for commercial renovation projects in Boston. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget while maintaining quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders. Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work aligns with project specifications. Resolve any project challenges promptly and effectively. Prepare and maintain project reports and documentation. Collaborate with the project management team to achieve project goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have : Proven experience managing commercial renovation projects in the business services industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage on-site teams effectively. Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure. Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
