We are currently seeking a Community Manager to join our team at Legacy Commons at Signal Hills, a 247 unit apartment community in West St. Paul, MN.
Responsibilities
Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
Train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
Establish positive relationships within the community
Be on-call as scheduled by management
Qualifications
3 - 5 years of previous property management experience preferred
Section 8, Section 42, and / or Market Rate experience preferred
Yardi software experience preferred
Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
Pay : $65,000 - $70,000 Salary DOE + 10% Bonus Potential
